Terms of Service and Booking Conditions Best Ethiopian Tours

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Best Ethiopian Tours. By booking a tour or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Please review them carefully before making a reservation.

Best Ethiopian Tour and Travel Company Booking Confirmation and Travel Reservation

– All bookings are contingent upon availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon our written confirmation, which will be issued via email or another agreed upon communication method.

– A provisional booking does not guarantee availability and will not be considered a confirmed booking until the required deposit is received by the Company.

– Your confirmation of a booking signifies your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the specified payment schedule.

Payment Methods and Secure Checkout

– To secure your reservation, a non refundable reservation deposit 15% of the total tour cost with western union and bank transfer.

– The remaining balance must be paid when you arrive in Ethiopia.

– If you pay 15% from the total price your reservation is confirmed.

– Failure to make timely payments may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking until you specify the failure encountered if not we will proceed without a refund of the deposit.

– We accept payments via western union, bank transfer or other methods that comply wit your payment methods.

Pricing Affordable Trip Rates 2026/2027

– Our tour prices are based on prevailing exchange rates, fuel costs, and service charges at the time of quotation.

– We reserve the right to adjust prices to reflect significant changes in these factors.

– Once a booking reservation is fully paid, the price is guaranteed and will not be subject to further changes, unless a significant, unforeseen increase in operational costs is mandated by governmental or regulatory bodies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

– The following cancellation policy applies to confirmed bookings that are reserved.

• If you cancel your booking the advanced payment will not be refunded. 

• The full payment have to be completed upon arrival if not the booking will be canceled automatically without any refund.

• Once the full payment is completed you will receive soft and hard copy of your payment receipt from our company.

• Between 7 and 14 days before the tour start date: A refund of 25% of the total tour cost.

• Less than 7 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.

– The initial advanced 15% deposit is non refundable.

– Please be aware that refunds for prepaid services such as flights, specific hotel reservations, and permits may be subject to the cancellation policies of third party suppliers, which may be non refundable.

Changes to Itineraries or tour packages

– The Company reserves the right to make necessary modifications to the itinerary, accommodation, or services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, political instability, natural disasters, or supplier unavailability.

– In the event of such modifications, we will provide suitable and equivalent alternatives to maintain the quality and integrity of your travel experience.

– If the changes to your tour package requires more or additional payment you will be notified upon the changes.

– The Company will not be held liable for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred by the client as a result of itinerary changes.

Client Responsibilities

– It is the client’s role responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and in order for the entire duration of the tour.

– The Company will not be held liable for any issues, delays, or cancellations arising from incomplete or invalid documentation. Any associated costs or losses will be the client’s responsibility.

– Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or disabilities that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. We will make reasonable accommodations where possible.

– The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose health or fitness level is deemed unsuitable for a specific activity or tour, as determined by our guides or staff.

Liability and Insurance

– The Company acts as an agent for third party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. We are not liable for the acts, commissions, or negligence of these third parties.

– Participation in our tours is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during the tour which will be stated before starting your trip on your safety, damage and loss guidelines to be followed while traveling in order to prevent any issues.

– We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, tour cancellations, personal liability, and loss of baggage or personal effects.

Code of Conduct

– Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, guides, staff, and local communities.

– We reserve the right to remove any individual from a tour without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a threat to the safety and enjoyment of others.

– The client is responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment due to their actions and will bear the full cost of repairs or replacement.

Delays, Cancellations, and Events Beyond Our Control

– The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.

– In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements, but no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure.

Complaints and Disputes

– Any issues or complaints during the tour must be reported immediately to your tour guide or the Company to allow for prompt resolution.

– If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily on the spot, you must submit a written complaint to the Company within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion. We will investigate the matter and provide a response in a timely manner.

Best Ethiopian Tours Intellectual Property

– All content, including text, images, logos, and tour itineraries on our website and marketing materials, are the intellectual property of Best Ethiopian Tours.

– Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Best Ethiopian Tours Governing Law

– These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

– Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ethiopia.

Best Ethiopian Tours Amendments

– The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

– The updated terms will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them prior to making a booking. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
